My concept of injecting more often came from what it felt like I wanted. Others shared here about a similar feeling. Then I thought about it. The order is important to me as there is always a risk of developing a view/perspective of based on the importance given to information that supports what I feel. It is a being human thing.🙂
I changed my injections to include methylcobalamin with adenosylcobalamin and changed my frequency of injections 17 days ago. I see self treatment as treating my neurological system and evaluate my supplementation as a system. I do not follow the change one thing at a time methodology for this reason.
The changes I made have been very positive. I experience a pattern with most trials. There is an initial burst which I enjoy for what it is expecting it to be followed by a downturn as my body adjusts to the change. Then there is a point where I know the change is positive.
I can not know which if I had made only one change what the effect would be. I can find out by eliminating one. System analysis is like that.
The increase in number of injections is hard to schedule due to living a life. My method is still in development. I tried not injecting after 5:00 pm to see if that affected my sleep. That idea did not seem to be positive.
I am more comfortable with my evaluation of what is thought to be known about the treatment of B12. As an example it is often stated that if you inject B12 it will be excreted in your urine in ____ hours and there is diminishing returns if more is injected. Good information to evaluate and use. However what was the form used, is the testing repeatable. How was whatever form that was used changed in the body. Fact is what is known is about the amount injected and the amount in the urine. What is known about what happens in the body after injecting is not understood. A lot is known about what happens which is not the same as understanding. Think a lot was known about astronomy prior to the understanding the sun does not orbit the earth.
One thing is constant with my healing from successful self treating. It takes a lot of rest and sleep which over time leads to having more energy to live.
