Fron Germany 🇩🇪 ABC Arznei delivered within the week from DHL, DHL are shocking so best to email straight away and change delivery address to your local DHL drop off points as if can't deliver or find you they send it back to Germany ASAP! No call nothing very frustrating....if in spain there health system is fantastic and can get prescription from them for whatever you need B12 wise as long as happy to do yourself I have annual prescription for 1 a week, as long as stops your symptoms they are great 👍
In France B12 is an over the counter medication so you should be able to get it from any pharmacist though you might not be able to buy in bulk.
I am not sure about the position in Spain but think it is similar.
I live in Spain near to Càdiz in Andalucia and you can't buy it here. I believe you can buy it in the Alicante and Barcelona areas but it is Cynocobalomine that they use here. I get mine from Germany .
It's Cyanocobalamin that is available here in the Alicante region. I buy Hydroxy from Germany, as you probably know it stays in the system longer than Cyano. I've read a couple of posts in another group, that B12 is now prescription only in Spain and it seems like some people living here have had problems buying it in some pharmacies but not in others. Hope that's not the case but I don't buy it here, unless I'm stuck for some.
Hi, I have just been informed by a friend in France that you can buy both hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin over the counter there, available in 1 mg in 1ml and 1mg in 2mls 😊
It appears there is an authorised hydroxocobalamin (hidroxocobalamina) injectable product in Spain.
Spanish:
cima.aemps.es/cima/publico/...
English translation:
cima.aemps.es/cima/publico/...
I have no idea whatsoever as to its actual availability, cost, etc.
I bought it from a chemist in France when I was there. They ordered it in for me but it only took a couple of days.
Hi, Depending where in spain you are, you can get this one at a pharmacy without a script. It’s called optovite and it’s cyanocobalamin and it’s about 2.5 euro for 5 vials
Up north where I live they want a script but many pharmacies especially in little villages just give it to you.
thanks I will keep that in mind. I have not used cianocobalamine before only hydroxo. Might I have a reaction to it do you know?
