Buying Hydroxocobalamin in Spain

Hello, my GP did allow me a prescription (usually an annual one) but this time on 5 ampoules.. oh well. I'm off to Gran Canaria tomorrow, paddle boarding! I wonder if B12 can be bought OTC there? If I don't have enough B12, I become wobbly and fall of my board

I just found an old post that said it’s mostly Cynocobalamin that’s available in Spain , but that it’s possible to order Hydroxocobalamin and they will get it for you by the next day It’s called “ Megamildoce Vitamina B12 inyectable “ But apparently pharmacies differ . Some will sell the ampoules to you , some say that they are prescription only . So you will have to shop around .

Hi.Maybe good to find out if you can go to a Dr if you are insured.

As there is nothing worse feeling it is needed.

Hopefully a nurse or Dr will get your B12 jab.
