It varies so much that it isn't possible to give you an answer - the average is 2 months but the early studies showed that some people still had high serum B12 levels several years later.

I wonder if your question is prompted by pink-coloured urine after taking B12? It's never happened to me (currently taking 1.5mg injected daily) but a few people have commented about it.

Thank you replying xRang the PAS and they don't even know!

But I've had to have a stomach and pelvic CT scan just waiting for results.
