any tips on ordering from this versandapo

hi despite using German Google translate I’m struggling to use this versandapo site.

It stalls at asking me a postcode. I think it wants a German zip code which obviously I don’t have.

Is there a Union Jack flag button on the site I’ve missed which translates entire site for you ?

Choose the country before trying to put in the postcode.

(I placed an order for capsaicin cream with them yesterday!)

hi sorry but not working. Thought I’d done it with getting thru on PayPal but it didn’t go through I cannot see z as nowhere a England version of this site. I guess there isn’t one.

There isn't an English version and I found using a translation of the site (e.g. automatic Apple translation in Safari) prevented me entering some fields - like date of birth!

My German is barely adequate but with the odd lookup I got through.

Google chrome translated it for me once I came off safari I was ok. Let’s see if it’s any good is so cheap. 21£ for 5 here on Px

I too am struggling with Versandapo. Felt smug that I had succeeded only to find they did not accept card. Seems they want bank transfer which is pricy for my small order. I'm sure they take pay pal too. Can anyone advise me. Also forgotten my password and am not getting reset email from them.

They do accept PayPal - i used it because it is easier and didn't look at other options.

Me too last time. Was prepared for tricky transaction but it never happened, which is unusual for me 🙄

After reading all your posts yesterday I placed an order with Versandapol it seems I have been successful have had a few emails since which I cannot understand, but on the upside it’s a lot less than I have been paying. So fingers crossed.

When you get an email saying:

Ihre Bestellung ist auf dem Weg zu Ihnen

That means:

Your order is on its way to you

I ordered my (non-B12) product on Sunday and got the above in an email at 01:10 this morning (Tuesday) - so quite prompt. (I imagine that was when it actually went to the carrier.)
