Ordering from Bodfeld

Don"t know if anyone else has had a problem ordering B12 from Germany in the last few days but Bodfeld seem to have stopped using PayPal and I could not get past the first page on Versandapo as it seemed to want a German address dispite being on the English translation page?

I’ve just been on the Bodfeld I site , and they still do PayPal .Have you tried using a translation app or google chrome to get onto versandapo ? It’s worth a try .

Yes I have always used a translation app and been able to order with no problems until now, have now tried twice and although the PayPal/Visa logo still appears it will not take payment and a red banner appeared across the top of the page saying they were not taking PayPal payments from this country,don"t know whats going on and wondered if anyone else had had problems

Are you registered on both sites . If so , do you always sign in ?

Morning wedgewood, yes I am reg with versandapo but not with Bodfeld, thanks for trying to help , I have enough B12 to last me for the next few months so I will try again in Jan but wondered if anyone else had had problems .

If it’s just the PayPal issue just pay with a credit card, you have an option how you would like to pay.

If you have an Amazon account you can sign in on the Versandapo site using the Amazon account. (Email and password).....you can create an Amazon account very easily if you don’t have one.

Also if you use Chrome browser it translates the Versandapo page into English.

I ordered recently by signing in with an Amazon account and paying by Visa/credit card and the order came within 3 days.

You don’t need a German address.

If you have further problems just private message me.

If you can sign in on Versandapo and only PayPal is the issue then they do accept credit card which you can pay through Amazon if that makes sense, it’s completely safe to do so.

I was also confused at first.

You can always close your Amazon account after ordering if you only like paying through PayPal like me.

The order comes within 3 days so just close after receiving order if you want to do that.

Thank you Ryaan for your help, I have been ordering with PayPal for almost 4 years and was just curious to know why all of a sudden they do not seem to want to take it, just seems strange Thanks again

No problem, I also purchased with PayPal 2 years ago. This time they didn’t accept so I payed by Credit card so it’s fine. I think the company changed hands as you used to be able to choose English which is also gone.
