Versandapo order problem

On the Versandapo site, managed to get to checkout but it won’t accept my post code as it’s say Germany only as delivery country... any help gratefully received . Thank you

You might need to be registered on versandapo.de (anmelden in German) . If you are , and you log in , the computer will recognise that your address is in U.K. and you will be able to proceed to payment . I know that “ versandapo.de” does ship to U.K. , as I have purchased from them since they changed hands a few months ago . I think they charge about €9,00 for courier shipment .

I also found out that there is another,quite separate, German online pharmacy called “versandapotheke.de” , which is so similarly named to “versandapo.de” so may be you got on there accidentally , and maybe they don’t ship to UK .

Julie07 When I purchased my first supply of B12 from versandapo.de less than a month ago I created an account and I was able to select UK for my address. I did set up the account first of all and then placed my order so I could be sure to get the address details etc correct first and I received a welcome email after I set up the account. The email was all in german so I just used the internet to translate the words and I used the translate facility in Chrome to translate the web site.

I was in the same boat, my parcel was lost 'coz I entered the wrong postal code. Now I check my postal code through site worldpostalcode.com/israel/ to avoid mistakes. It helped me hundreds of times. Hope it helps.
