I’m looking for where I can source B12 injectable as I don’t absorb it in the gut due to past IBS and now Bile Acid Malabsorption after non working gall bladder, removed. Paid for one shot, but past nursing life tells me I need to front dose myself to gain traction then maintaince doses.
Can anyone direct me to UK source so I can manage my own health? GP says it’s low, well really? Out of breath, exhausted, 4 years of not eating well and still refused B12 as I’m not in the low safe range…just go eat a good meal…I’m autistic? Introception where I don’t feel hunger like others or energy motivation to cook.
So if anyone can point me in that direction I’d be so greatful🤓

You won't be able to get in the UK without a prescription.....and even then the GP will insist on doing the injections at the surgery on a time-scale that THEY dictate. Versandapo.de are reliable and have an excellent reputation. I inject every week these days, and have noticed a great improvement in brain fog, gait and neuro symptoms such as weird tingling under my skin. Much less tired and can hold a conversation after 8pm without talking gobbledy-gook and falling asleep mid sentence.........
I’ve bile acid Malabsorption and fibro, I paid for one shot locally at a private health clinic, felt better. So ordered all my stuff from Germany.Bile acid Malabsorption affect the absorption of fat vitamins A,D, E and K and also intrinsic factor if on omeprazole so you don’t make B12 either. I kept saying I’m getting run down I can feel it and see it in my nails, skin, hair, my brain, dexterity etc…they are suppose to do yearly checks if on binders but they don’t.
My last blood screen came back all low but in safe zone..go take a tablet…lol think about it. If I’m not absorbing by food in my gut what use is a tablet?
I’ve been anaemic before so know what it feels like. Some DR’s just don’t listen or keep up to date.
I’m also autistic and we can have gut issues anyway, I don’t see why they are so resistant to B12, it’s cheap and so beneficial lucky I have PIP so I can afford to do it myself now.
Looking forward myself to exist after 8 pm as I’m usually in bed by then exhausted.
