I am noticing when looking for B12 injections the German sites sell other injectable vitamins too, has anyone ever ordered those as well? I am zinc, B1, B6 and selenium deficient but can't get help off my dr or hospital but how often are those injected?

You could only get injectable vitamins in the U.K. on prescription . So your best source would be the German online pharmacies.
