Abdominal muscle spasms

I began experiencing upper abdominal muscle spasms about 5 days ago along with stomach gurgling. Has anyone else experienced this? I had a colonoscopy in March and an upper endoscopy at the end of April- no negative findings in either.

Over the last few days I have had these symptoms too.

As my husband has had the same problem, we are wondering whether it is a virus.

We are both double vaccinated against Covid, although I know that is no guarantee.

I suffer with more or less constant stomach gurgling and belching. I have also had the COVID jabs but the problem a long time ago and before having B12 injections I did not have this problem. However, as my other B12 deficiency symptoms have either disappeared or vastly improved, I’ll put up with the gurgling and belching 😂
