Any thoughts on test results?

So I have been treating pernicious anemia for around a year and have felt really great up until the past couple of days. My arms and legs have been throbbing/aching so I went and took some blood work.

TSH: .185 uIU/ml (low)

T4 Free: .93 ng/dL (normal)

Ketones: Trace (urine analysis)

Protein: 30 mg/dl

It would be helpful to post the ranges - figures in brackets after the results.

As PA is auto-immune it would be appropriate to have thyroid anti-bodies tested to rule out Hashimotos.
