My B12 and Folate is borderline low in range so i supplemented with B12 better you oral spray and a B complex. I started feeling worst body aches and pains blurred vision pins and needles numbness in my hands fingers lower arms and bottom legs.
I stopped and tried B12 drops but still the same.
Someone on thyroid uk said that it could be that the B12 smpytoms may be the nerves healing.
Im already struggling with my T4 medication not being a good converter to T3. I had to stop the T4 tablets and now on T4 liquid. My smyptoms are way before taking T4 liquid.
When complementing with B12 do you feel worst before you feel better?

folate is very responsive to diet. The normal range is a much better guide to whether you are deficient or not so if your results are in range it is unlikely you are deficient.B12 is much more complex and individual.
It is relatively easy to overdose on B6 so if you were taking large doses of B6 it could be that that was causing the problem.
Some people do feel worse before they feel better with B12
