You can't purchase it in tne UK as its considered to be a medicine and as such can only be obtained via prescription.

To be clear - a prescription is required in the UK if you are purchasing injectable B12 for medical reasons. You do not require it if purchasing for non-medical reasons.There is a relieve that allows the import of medicines for personal use and this is what many members of this forum do, sourcing the B12 from on-line pharmacies in countries where injectable B12 is an over the counter-medication rather than prescription only, mainly Germany.
