Best B12IM for self injection?

I’m relatively new here although I recognise that I had non-dietary B12 deficiency symptoms for years. Finally had pathology confirm IF and parietal cell ABs. Had loading dose series of B12 IM injections which were fantastic. Have been taking sublingual B12 between extended shots now, but think I’ll need to self inject as some of the symptoms are re-emerging a bit. The idea of self-injection a bit disconcerting but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. I’m in Australia so I don’t know what is available to us to purchase, and what types/brands are best. Open to all suggestions.

There is an Australian supplier that some people in the USA use, so I'm sure somebody will come along soon.

It looks like hydroxocobalamin, single-use ampoules, is the most common form. Which is great news because it is the best!
