First injection done

so i had my first b12 injection today and I requested my blood test results my b12 is 135 , mch is low . Platelet is quite high . Waiting on phone call from Dr

Was tour folate and vit d and thyroid and iron tested too along with full blood count? .

Haemoglobin 26.2pg folate is 3.0, serum hdl cholesterol level 1.0mmol
