I have tried to register with them on via the English translation option and seem to be unable to as it errors, it will let me try and register via the German site but i cant speak German and it seems to only allow European post/area codes ( i am probably doing something wrong)

is there anything in particular i need to do to register and order my B12

If you complete the address via your Amazon account/paypal it will prefill details. also I used Google Chrome, on a desktop pc at work, which allowed me to use the translate option for the site. There is a chat option where you can speak to someone on Versandapo. It was fiddly, but got there in the end.
