I have been trying to order B12 from Versandapo. But I cannot find a site in English. I tried to order on the German page but it would not go to the Paypal screen.Help please.

I also tried earlier. I was trying to get them to deliver to the USA using Amazon payments, but the site says my address was invalid. I think they don't ship to the USA right now.

They never ship to USA . The only German online pharmacy which I knew of that shipped to USA. was mycare.de But during the pandemic they are only shipping to German addresses . I will get back to you later with possibilities for you to get B12 Injectable shipped to USA .

You need to get a translation app or use Google chrome ,

You could try bodfeld-apotheke.de. They have a drop-down list of languages on the top right . Search for Rotexmedica B12 depot . If you want Hydroxocobalamin . If you don’t put “depot” you can get Cynocobalamin.

Hello. I ordered from versand de apo. I am in the UK. This was at the start of lockdown. I had received a letter from my GP surgery stating that they had a blanket refusal to issue B12. Injections stopped and no prescriptions issued for it. It took me several attempts to order B12 ampoules from versand de apo. My mobile phone and laptop must be set up differently. I couldn't check out on my laptop but did on my mobile. It took me to Amazon to check out by PayPal. The site can be translated into English but kept going back into German. It was a faff but I persevered and got there eventually. The order arrived about 5 days later. I don't know if they are still shipping now. I bought diabetic needles ( with syringe attached ) , antiseptic wipes and a Sharps bin from Medisave in the U.K. These arrived in about 4 days. Good luck. 🙏

Thank you so much for your help, I tried to use my phone to order, (I had been using my iPad). And I think it has worked, it let me pay with Amazon pay. The site was all in German but I am sure I have done it.They have sent an email ,so I guess I will wait for the postman now. I cannot thank you enough I was at a loss of what to do.On my iPad it just would not let me pay,it kept dropping out at that point, I never would have thought of trying on my phone. I have MS and the B12 is the only thing that helps me, I have got so much worse without it. Thank you 😊 xx
