We buy our single use B12 ampoules from German online pharmacies . These pharmacies are controlled by the German Health Authorities . They have to abide to strict regulations . Absolutely safe to use them. Luckily for us , no prescription is required in Germany for harmless B12 ampoules , which in Germany are licensed for Intra-muscular and sub -cutaneous injection . You need to decide which method you would like to use . Since Brexit we have had some problems in obtaining the ampoules , but we now have found 2 reliable sources . - Both registered German online Pharmacies . ampoules cost roughly about €8.00 for a packet of 10 , but cheaper if you buy 10 x 10 . Courier charge with BODFELD is €9.89 , no matter how many you buy . Use by date is usually just over 2 years .

I recommend registering with the pharmacies , and I use PayPal . But I’m sure a card is OK . I’ve been using BODFELD for several years , and never had a problem . I always compare prices before ordering .

I’ve never ordered over the phone . Don’t even know if it is possible .
