Just went to order my B12 ampules from the supplier in Germany only to be told can’t deliver to the U.K. anymore. Is it possible to get injectable amps in the U.K.?

Hi 👋 as far as I know you can’t get them in the UK. Some German companies arnt delivering to UK now due to Brexit. I ordered via Amazon.de end of last year. If you open the site in Google Crome there’s an option to translate into English -good luck

After Versandapo stopped delivering to the UK, I registered and set up an account with Bodfeld Apotheke . I placed an order for Rotexmedica 1ml B12 Depot with them on Monday 26th July 2021 and paid via international bank transfer. Parcel Force delivered it 2 days later on Wed 28th July 2021. Amazingly quick service ..postage cost was €9.98 and use by date is April 2023....hope this helps

I'm just wondering whether this would fall into the category of advertising as laid out by new rules for HealthUnlocked. Anyone have that e-mail today or know the answer to that ?Let's hope not !

How else are we going to know how to stay well in future ?

I have always considered advertising to be in some way paid for.

A totally private, personal mention - without any sort of affiliation or other benefit to the poster - seems reasonable.

Perhaps if it does fall into advertising category, people who have successfully ordered can post a message that they have done so and ask people to PM them if they want details.

Kicking us into a corner because we aren't all the same and can't all cope with the ever-decreasing NHS regime ? Not a huge fan of that route.

This happens on HU TUK but, unfortunately, can go wrong when scammers/unscrupulous sellers reply 🤦‍♀️

I dont think its advertising Cherylclaire unless you are financially profiteering by sharing this information....... one of the increasing issues is obtaining B12 ampoules.....we need to be able to share sources in a situation that may otherwise leave people without causing them harm.

Relieved to hear it, waveylines - can you imagine ?

I use phone app banking, can I send International payment this way do you know please?

Grygran profile image

I could not use my phone app to pay. You can still do it on the phone, just log in to the bank website via browser and select international transfers. You need the apothecary address and IBAN number.

I had a right old problem to begin with, but I finally managed to get my bank to pull their collective fingers out and sort it all out for me down the phone. I first tried paying via German Amazon, but they say they don't accept UK paypal anymore since our 'wonderful' government decided to leave the EU. :(

Oh my.....the wonders of Brexit 😒 I hope you can still pay via mastercard.....thats how I pay normally on Amazon. I will need to order some more soon....lol

Hopefully you will. I don't have a credit card (don't trust myself) and tried to pay via my Paypal account, and it would have none of it sadly.

I pay with PayPal no bother

I hope I have not broken any rules , I certainly never intended to promote or advertise any company , I was just sharing information through my experience that I hoped would be helpful to others.

Your post was brilliant and so helpful!

Please don't worry - you definitely weren't advertising: you had nothing to gain from what you said whereas it is probably going to help countless people. Thank you! x

No, no just a question- raising a concern because I got an e-mail from HU about changes in terms and conditions. Helping each other is what this forum is here for. Just wanted to be sure we aren't having to worry about being transparent.

My worst fear would be that B12 becomes even less accessible.

I get mine from a pharmacy in Germany. Address isApotheke mariannebrunn48pharma.de

Very reasonable price and shipping and didn't take long.

I'm not sure if the 48 is before pharma or after it but you can try it. It's just that I'm in bed very tired and cant remember. It also automatically translates to English which is very helpful. All the best 🌞

Hi TexaDixie, is the only way to pay Apotheke mariannebrunn48pharma.de by direct transfer to their account? No credit card option? I received an invoice that says to pay their account find it very odd but it could just be my mental state v.suspicious of everything

TexasDixie profile image
TexasDixie in reply toAumshantii

Hi. Aumshantii, I cant remember 100% but I do think there is a choice. Hope you get on ok. Please let us know. I get very suspicious of these rather unknowns until I've tried them out. That's why I use PayPal.

I’m confused by the dosage of hydroxo offered……10,000mcg in 2ml? Isn’t this 10 times the normal dose?

Flatfred profile image
Flatfred in reply toJanD236

I think it’s the same. One mcg the other mg? Micro vs Milli. I’m sure someone will put me right if wrong😁

JenMartins profile image
JenMartins in reply toFlatfred

It is not the same it is 10,000MCG 10 times the usual 1000mcg everyone else takes. It has been a total game changer for me. I was on one that was 5000 but they stopped stocking it. But this is good I inject less and get the same benfits

JenMartins profile image
JenMartins

It is 10,000MCG yes it is 10 times what people usually take. Yes it works for me a total game changer
