Hi all

I have hashimotos and saw an endocrinologist in Dec. Had bloods done and I have parietal cell antibodies and a b12 result of 473 (197-771 pg/ml) was sent for a gastroscopy and biopsy and was told that everything is normal. I'd like to increase my b12 anyway so looking for recommendations. I already take 10,000 vitamin d with k2 and magnesium.

Thanks for any help. (I do live in germany)

Do you also have Intrinsic Factor antibodies? If so you also have pernicious anaemia and must have B12 injected into a muscle (IM) for the rest of your life. See the Pernicious Anemia Society website for definition of PA
