Anyone used the above pharmacy?

Were they reliable?

I've ordered, was slow, no idea if I'll receive it or in what condition.

I ordered 3 Packets of Panpharma B12 depot ( Maximum they allow of the make ) They came by Royal Mail post in 4 days . But as we know , Royal Mail has been striking , so there can be delays ………

How long ago was that?

Their website said DHL, so i thought like Helvert.

That was 2 days ago . I think they use mail for just 3 packets .

Great so a recent experience. You ordered approx 6 days ago.

Fingers crossed it will be ok.

I much prefer Amazon but they only have Helvert's 2ml ampules. Why unnecessarily inject an extra 1ml, when the liquid going in is what hurts me the most.

They also have Pascoe 1.5 x 1ml. But some of the pharmacies that supply Amazon.de do not deliver to U.K.

I ordered from them a few weeks ago. DHL handle it while in Germany then gets passed to Royal Mail, delivery was about 4 days.

Wow, just 4 days? So you are in luck! When I order from Bodfeld, it takes at least 7 days. And I only live one state next to them.

yes, no problems with orders. Very good. The only problem is that I don’t have a house number just a name and they needed a house number. Once I was aware I made up a number. Would recommend.

Yes , in Germany all houses , flats etc must have a number !

I have always had great service ordered a couple of months ago and order arrived in about 5 days. Mine came with DHL😀 hope you get it soon

I ordered 3 packs Tuesday the payment is showing on my bank today Friday so hopefully I’ll get them next week. I also ordered from Versandapo week before last I think and their delivery was really quick.
