Ordering B12 from Germany

I wonder if anyone can help me. I ordered the b12 ampoules about 3 months ago from versandapo.de and was able to get delivery to UK. I have been self injecting and getting on fine, I have enough ampoules for next 4 months. I thought I would buy some more ampoules and have tried to reorder but unable to get delivery to UK address. I also tried the other company recommended and found the same problem, it wont recognise UK address on order. Am hoping I'm doing something wrong and it is not that the companies will not now ship to UK? Thank you.

I’ve had a delivery recently from versandapo.de Arrived very quickly and no problems . So I can’t understand what’s happened . Have you tried registering with them ? That might help . If you have had one delivery , you should be able to get another . Do you use a translation app or Google Chrome ? You could also try Amazon.de , which you can get in English , but I find them quite expensive, and you have to trawl through the different pharmacies till you find one that delivers to U.K. .

Thanks Wedgewood. I'm not sure why I cant reorder with versandapo.de. I looked at Amazon.de and ordered there. It is more expensive but at least I managed to place the order with delivery to UK.

If you have an Amazon account you can try paying with Amazon Pay. Then Vesandapo grabs the address from Amazon.

MyCare.de cheaper to buy 10x10ampule boxes ie 100 ampules at a time works out much cheaper and you can search for discount codes online too. I found paying in local currency using Starling Bank also gave me a better exchange rate and no bank fees for the transaction so works out much cheaper than using a normal bank that has a lower exchange rate and charges you a fee. It’s a win-win! :)

I had same problem last week. I tried to reorder from both versandapo & bodfeld apotheke & neither would deliver to uk address despite ordering from both previously. I thought it was me doing it wrong but maybe not? I tried through PayPal & Amazon pay but wouldn’t accept uk address. I managed to order from mycare.de though & was easy to translate too, just click on Union Jack flag top right.
