Help with results please

I’ve had hypothyroidism for years and have been on 1.25 grains for about 2 years but feel like I may be over medicated. Could somebody look at my recent test results and comment?

TSH 0.01 range (0.27-4.20)

Free T4 14.30 (12.0-22.0)

Free T3 3.47 (3.61-6.8)

T4 Total 82.7 (66-181)

I’m feeling hyperactive with palpitations, anxiety and other symptoms.
