Hi. Has anybody found out where we can buy the b12 ampuole from. Was going well with versandapo but saying they dont ship to the UK? Thanks guys

Hi - just ordered and received my second lot from Versandapo this week with no issues other than DHL struggling to find my address.

I am currently having the same problem.

I ordered from versandapo with no problems then had an email saying DHL attempted delivery but there was a mix up with my address and another attempt to deliver would be made. Have heard nothing since, it’s been two weeks since I ordered.

How long did it take for yours to arrive?

Hi - first time after failed attempt I had to contact DHL (not easy) and delivery eventuality successful next day. This time I signed up for ‘you’re next’ text alert in case they couldn’t locate address but they managed to find me. Problem seems to be incomplete address DHL are given even though I went through PayPal.

I have just ordered (this morning) 100 from Versandapo with no issues.

I do pay for the items through my Amazon account which may or may not make for a smoother transaction.

I had a delivery from them on Sat last, they left off the 1st line of my address , but the courier phoned me to check. Just be careful to get their info, before giving you details! I got my ampules 3 days after ordering.

Hope you don't mind me asking, I have an Amazon account, but not Amazon pay, when you ordered from verso.... does it give the option for amazon pay during checkout? I have used Paypal in the past, but even with Chrome translate I am always a bit anxious in case I have got something wrong LOL.

I use amazon pay. You need to set that up in your amazon account. Easy to do then it’s just one click to pay!

Hi I ordered mine last week and had the same problem with delivery DHL didn’t have my house number on the Friday but re delivered on the Monday morning fastest delivery I’ve had even with problems.
