Help - no joy with ordering

Sorry folk - me again. I have tried and so has my daughter to order from these 2 sites - versandapo.de and mycare.de, I live on an island, my address was a problem, got in touch with 2nd on list and was assured my address was now on their data base but same problem arose when I went to do the job. I then tried to register but repeat problem. My daughter tried using her address and here we go again. Have spent hours trying to sort it out and now am about to pull what is left of may hair out!

Any advice/help appreciated.

thank you

Do you have an Amazon account?

Versandapo allows you to use Amazon Pay and they take the delivery address from Amazon.

both sites have the ampules - i kept looking at them and ended up talking to them saying I really want you so come on let me through! Think it is time to take a break, things have really changed since last time I ordered.

First of all , do register with the site , and give a password . It’s always best to do this . You can also pay by PayPal on versandapo.de

I hope you manage to order .

Search for Rotexmedica vitamin B12 depot . Hope this helps .

I wasn't sure about them using Paypal. In that case they should be gettin the address from PayPal.

That is just it - my daughter uses PayPal lots of times and even using her address it would not work, she has never had a problem before. I did try to register and again could not get past the form filling in. It seems to be the address. This was on versandapo.de as well, really puzzled but do thank you all for your suggestions. Will try again Monday when i can email them and see what is what.

Many thanks to you all.

About 3 weeks ago Bodfeld wouldn’t allow us to use PayPal tho used in U.K. no problem. Ended up having to do a bank transfer which cost another £12 or so!

Yes, they should . I always use PayPal with them .

I had issues with Versandapo this last time even though I had ordered with them 10 times before and it was the address issue as well. I then used Bodfeld Apotheke in July which was easy and can pay via PayPal. They have the B12 at €6.66 a box at moment.

After reading wedgewood post last week, I ordered 100 ampoules from versandapo. Should've arrived via DHL on Friday, but got an email from DHL saying they couldn't find my address & would try again Saturday!

This has never happened before! Luckily the driver remembered my name as he's delivered to me before. I said I paid through Amazon & double checked my address on ordering. He said it was at the other end that screwed my address up & missed my house number off! Don't have a clue how it happened!?

There is obviously something wrong with the way that somebody in Germany translates the address from Amazon Pay to the DHL address label. My package arrived without the house name. Fortunately there aren't that many houses along the lane and the DHL guy recognised my name.

It's because of the way that it is formatted.

The email from versandapo said it was being sent to:

Lieferanschrift

House Name

My Name

Street Name

Village

Town

Postcode

Vereinigtes Königreich

And the address label is

My Name

Street Name

Village

Town

Postcode

Großbritannien

It seems that Deutsche Post or DHL crop everything above the name.

I've sent an email to versandapo explaining the problem with a picture of the address label.

In future I shall be contacting DHL when I'm expecting a package to tell them the house name. Also, make sure Amazon have your phone number as that goes on the address label.

Where do you live, maybe someone else will order for you and send on?

Good idea - will think about that one. Thank you

I may be repeating someone but can't they take your order over the phone? They would have to manually put in the order & your address. If they had problems, they have someone to call upon to help them

Just a thought on how we did things in "Olden Times". 😁
