Frustration with German websites.

Can anyone help please. I'm trying to order B12 Depot from any of the German sites recommended - Versandapo (grudgingly), Apohealth, etc. I tried to follow Wedgwood's instructions but never able to reach the address form as have to put in my email address and postcode before reaching the address boxes and told they must be in Germany - or if I do it only shows Germany or Austria as delivery options (Apominga). No-one else seems to have any problems ordering as far as I can see. I have ordered same a year or so ago with no problem so what's changed? (Me probably!) Frustrated and p*****d off!

I honestly can’t imagine what is going wrong for you . I only know that it’s possible to order from the 2 pharmacies you mention . Just been on line and tried them both out . I suppose you know that apohealth.de can be obtained in English ? . Bottom left and click on the Union Jack. 🇬🇧 . Then I suggest that you register , and then you will get the address form ,which does come with Germany pre-printed . You can then change it to United Kingdom by clicking on the tiny arrow next to Germany , when the drop down list of countries will appear . I hope this solves it for you . Otherwise I would get a friend to try for you , who will come with a fresh pair of eyes . Best wishes .

I agree, I ordered a week ago from Apohealth and paid via PayPal which makes life a lot easier. My ampoules arrived within 5 days.

I didn't even register with Apohealth. I just did as Wedgewood, suggested clicked on the US flag and ordered w/i 5 minutes total...start to finish. Of note ...there was no shipping fee to US. I have previously paid up to $40 for shipping. I did not really need any B12 BUT with the current state of our country, new cabinet members ready to shake up everything under the sun, I am concerned that importing this will soon be impossible. I am counting on the expiry date to be further out than the batch I ordered late last winter/early spring. I may have wasted $50 but having the ampoules is one less thing to worry about. I am glad I acted impulsively and did this. Hopefully the expiry date gives me a bit more wiggle room.

I ordered through Versandapo last week with no problems. I logged in first and paid by Paypal. It doesn't ask my address, as payment goes via Paypal instead of the pharmacy

my house doesn’t have a number and the German sites don’t accept just a name, so I have to put a ‘0’ as the house number then it works.

Yesterday I received my consignment from Amazon.de

1500µg ampoules.

If you don’t mind buying Pascoe B12 DEPOT Hydroxocobalamin. ampoules 1.5 mg x 1 ml ampoules , or Hevert B12 DEPOT ( Hydroxocobalamin). ampoules - 1mg x 2ml then you could try buying from amazon.de. ( obtainable in English) You cannot buy the popular Panpharma b12 Depot ampoules from Amazon.de This could be an option if you don’t manage to buy from German online pharmacies . Success at last !!! Thanks for help everyone. (I don't have Amazon a/c or PayPal any longer.) Wedgwood, I ordered it from Apohealth without a problem - so far. I'm hoping I have more success with them than last time - (cuddly toy received instead of £100 worth of ampoules !!)

I have just copied and pasted the below in from my notes. Read it and see that the possible problem may be filling in the country box. Check and see if that is the problem.

versandapo.de/vitamin-b12-d...? is the best place I’ve found to order ampoules from but you need create an account first. If doing so remember, you will probably find the country box defaults to Germany, click in the box and from the drop-down menu choose ‘Vereinigtes Königreich’ which is German for United Kingdom.
