does the B12 have an impact on your symptoms. If so I would go back to the supplementation.

From the levels you quote I am assuming that you are not on injections. If you are on injections then my response would be somewhat different.

My B12 reading was 211 and I had nerve damage in my legs. I took weekly shots for almost 18 months and the immediate readings didn't mean much, you had to overdrive the B12 for a long period of time to let the nerves that were damaged, repair themselves. I got shocks in my legs for the first year several times a day and that was from the damaged nerves waking up again. I'm much better now but I'll never be 100% like I was before the damage.

My first doctor wanted to give my just one shot and from what I read about B12, that was not what needed to be done. I went to another doctor and he give me a prescription for 52 shots, one each week for one year. I self injected those. If I would have stayed with the first doctor, I believe I would not be where I am today with this. You can't overdose with B12, but you can certainly under dose.

I am not a doctor but I think I saved my legs by going to the second doctor.
