To anyone not feeling better after B12 shots, don't be fobbed off by your GP (I seem to see a lot of that on here)

I've recently had blood tests after a year on B12 and not feeling a whole lot better.

I've had my dose upped to every 8 weeks and I've also been given these to up my lacking folate (2.4) and vitamin D (37). Along with anything else she could think of too help with brain fog and fatigue.

So if you are being fobbed off, keep asking to have other blood tests done.

I should have had this stuff last year looking at my records, but better late than never eh... Fingers crossed they work!! 🤞

Thank you for posting this - B12d people need all the encouragement they can get because it is so hard to fight the system when you are feeling so unwell.
