If you go to Google today you'll see that their image is of Lucy Wills - who would be 131 today. In the 1920s she investigated the role of nutrition in 'pernicious anaemia of pregnancy'. She discovered that yeast, particularly Marmite, could prevent and cure it. Later it was found to be folate that was responsible.
