Thank you for tour reply. I think I will try a fixed landline telephone. I will use it on speaker ..only way to tolerate for very short important calls. MobI left on speaker possible if it is well away but not ideal. Some days can't even do this Or text. I turn everything off around 6pm otherwise can't get my head right to sleeplay hissing aching bur not g ect and generally feeling unwell. Gkad you got your B12 injections. I wish you well.
