numb tongue and twitching lips and neck

Been having twitching in my neck and pretty much all over my body. Theres also facial tingling and muscle aching as well. My tongue also itches at times. I did some blood tests which revealed that my b12, Vit d and ferritin was very low. I got 10 loading dose of b12 which seemed to have stopped the paresthesia I was having initially all over my body but the twitching remains and a little tingling every now and then.

I'm wondering if there is something else going on as well.

I imagine it will take some more time to get your ferritin levels correct as well . Hopefully your symptoms will settle soon. Sounds like you well on the way

When I was having facial and other random twitching, my D level had come back as a 4. Not sure where yours was from there, and we are all different, but it took about 6 weeks of 50,000IU per week before they really subsided. My treatment is still ongoing (I suppose all of our will be) but I do still have one or two out of the blue sometimes. I hope it resolves for you soon!
