It will be high. You've just put about 400 times the normal daily amount into your body, so it's no surprise it will be high. That's why there is no point in testing after injections have started - it tells you nothing useful.

Can I know b12 Deficiency reasons and some time still defienct symbtoms is come I take tablet last 40 days ...when it's solved

It's a complete waste of time and money to test immediately after an injection as the level is bound to be high Balrajasal it would be better to check your Folate level.

As long as you continue to inject there is no need to test.

However if you stop injecting you will need to wait two or three months before testing to see how far the level has dropped or to see if your symptoms have returned.

You cannot overdose on B12 as any excess is excreted via your urine.
