Anyone take these at all . Trying to get a good mix of b vitamins along with my injections folic acid iron and vit d I already take

There is no need to take these megadose vitamins. You're peeing almost all of your money down the toilet.

If you eat sensibly then you shouldn't have to take anything in addition to your current supplements unless a doctor tells you to.

If you must take extra - a supermarket multivitamin will give you all you need for less than one-tenth the price.

Ok thank you . It’s just my vit b complex supermarket brand contains vit b12 as cyanocobalamin would it be ok them ?

Cyanocobalamin is a perfectly good form of B12. Nothing wrong with it whatsoever.

Andy, I agree with fbirder, the only things I take apart from using the occasional patch is a daily Vit D. For a while I got really wound up about it all but then stepped back and realised my 2nd worse enemy was severe anxiety. Once I dealt with that things got so much better. Hopefully you can overcome this difficult time Andy. Will be thinking about you 🌞

Dr Sarah Myhill does very thorough research and recommends supplementing:

Seems logical to supplement as, having B12 deficiency, usually means that other essential nutrients are also low. I find it makes a huge difference.
