Itchy and pins and needles after loading jabs

Hi,

I have just finished my 6 loading doses of b12 after a blood test showed low levels pf b12.

I originally went to the doctor with pins and needs and itching on my hands feet and face. I had a blood test which came back with iron defeciency anemia. I was put on iron tablet. Symptoms persisted so I went for another blood test which showed my b12 levels as being low. The dr put me on to a loading dose of 6 injections. I started tp feel better and the pins and needles reduced and itchy stopped. I had my last injection on wednesday. Today i woke up to itching on my face and pins and needles again. It feels as though the symptoms were maybe not b12 after all. I was so relieved when symptoms were calming but now O feel like its a real step backwards. Anyone had a similar experience with the tingling/ pins and needles?
