Would you recommend lamberts methyl b complex?

I have had my active b12, intrinsic factor and folate tested during a long few months with no supplements. both NHS and private GP think I should stop considering b12 deficiency/PA despite numerous symptoms.

I am therefore going to try a b complex to see if i feel any better. anyone had experience of lamberts methyl b complex? i'm nervous about side effects and know some people feel unpleasantly stimulated on b complex?

folate 5.46 (2.91 - 50.00)

active b12 131.000 (25.10 - 165.00)

IFAB <1 (<20)

Thanks
