Hi everyone,

Could someone recommend a B complex containing methyl folate and generally suitable for people with methylation pathway issues.

Many thanks

I would take two pills - a B-complex that has folic acid and another pill that is just Metfolin.

I suspect I have methylation issues and am taking Swanson Ultra activated b complex high bio-availability. They do two versions, one of which is high potency. It's sold by various outlets, but this link will give you info on the contents: swansonvitamins.com/swanson...

Looks good, but expensive at over 20p per tablet. amazon.co.uk/Health-Beauty/...

Sadly it is expensive. I get it from Healthmonthly, where it's three pounds cheaper than Amazon, but the price still makes me gulp. I wanted to try it to see if it would make any difference in how I felt (so far, after two months, apparently not).
