I recently found out I have Pernicious Anemia and Sjogren's Syndrome. The doctor started me on B12 injections. They made my Sjogren's symptoms much worse. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

which symptoms are you experiencing.
Unfortunately it isn't uncommon for aches and pains to temporarily get worse when you start treatment with B12
The symptoms that are worse are dry eyes and dry mouth.
