Hey there.

So in 16th of May, I felt like couldn't breathe,my hand/right eye, above my lip became numb and according to doctors, I had panic attack. A few days after I made a blood test, its results were showing that I was lacking Ferritin (4.59) , D vitamin (5.76 ng/mL), B12 was (297) My liver enzymes were one point higher, and doctor checked those organs with ultrasound, everything was clear according to them. -Doctor also said that I have "thyroid" after that

I took my D vitamin a few days before I take iron supplements. As iron supplements, Doctor gave me a syrup (20x5ml) and I was taking it twice in a day, in morning and before having my dinner. I was getting better, besides feeling tired;chest pain sometimes.

My iron supplements were finished so I went to a doctor few days ago and wanted my blood tests again. So it turned out, my Vitamin D had been increased to 72.24 ng/mL (from 5.76) -I was so shocked at there :D and my hemoglobin level also increased to 10.3 (from 9.6) ... However my vitamin B12 also reduced (297 to 243), Folic Acid is also appeared in my paper (7.10) and My ferritin level was only one point higher (4.59 to 5.79)

Doctor said, I've made a good recover for one month and she gave me B12 supplement and also wanted me to continue on iron syrups. The problem is, shortness of breath, fatigue sometimes chest aches are still there sometimes, and I may lose my apetite too. Not sure if this is whether because of anxiety... because I kind of have a health anxiety either and always thinking about bad scenarios. The things I'm having are normal, or is there something worse, this is what I wanted to ask to all of you.
