complete blood count taken on 18 april and 23rd may so within 31 days my mcv up from 87.2 to 91.6 range is 80-100. mch is up from 31.1 to 31.9 range 27-32 I did have a miscarriage a few weeks ago and my dr said these results are to be expected I dont really believe this. My ferritin is at 44 so low normal, folate on 18th April was over range as was supplementing due to pregnancy now its down to 15. Vit d is 100. My hemoglobin is slightly over range but that is due to me smoking, obviously I would have quit due to pregnancy but it was not planned so never knew. Usually my b12 sits at 220, but last one was 500 as I had tried supplementing so false high level. Does it look like my blood cells are getting larger? Thank you for any help, I had a blighted ovum could low b12 have caused it?.xx

B12 deficiency can lead to foetal loss and infertility .

I can't advise on the technicalities of blood but want to say I'm sorry for your loss.

I had a miscarriage a few months after my symptoms started. Magnesium helped me to carry my daughter to full term the next year even without B12 treatment.
