Blood test result show my vitamin B12A level is more than 2000

I am a diabetic patient fir the last ten years but my HBA1c is note more than 7 at any point of time during ten years. Presently , it is.4.6. May kindly advise which tests can be taken to know whether there are some serious diseases . However, I am suffering from numbness in my left leg for the last two years.

satram - the numbness could be diabetic neuropathy. Neurological provblems associated with B12 are generally symmetric.

Do you supplement B12 or receive B12 injections at all?

Do you have any diagnosed kidney problems? Many diabetics develop kidney problems and this can result in raised B12 levels.
