Feet
I get a very bad burning sensation in my feet and legs. My feet hurt, but I think it's because I'm very fat :/
The problem is most likely to be plantar fasciitis :
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plant...
Like ajw1205 I assumed my problem was caused by being overweight. I'm in my 50s but have had sore feet since my teens. I could never wear heels for more than a few minutes without excruciating pain. Then as I got older I started developing pain when I got up in the morning. Putting my feet to the floor was very painful - it felt like they were burning. Another symptom was that my ankles wouldn't bend without lots of pain. Getting downstairs for breakfast was horrible. The problem would ease off during the first hour or two of the day.
I don't think anyone knows exactly what causes plantar fasciitis. There may be several causes for all I know.
What I found is that mine disappeared when I improved my nutrient levels - I was very low in iron, and I think I have functional B12 deficiency.
The other issue was my T3 level - I have hypothyroidism and before starting treatment my thyroid hormone levels were very, very low in range, and had been for years. When I started treating my hypothyroidism my plantar fasciitis disappeared. And this was despite my weight remaining the same.
The doctor said I had planter fasciitis as I work in a hospital and do 12hr shift but iv been reading more about b12 deficiency and that can cause foot pain and iv been diagnosed with rsl aswell
rsl? Restless legs?
That is often helped by improving iron and ferritin (iron stores) levels.

In order to get my iron up high enough I had to treat it myself and pay for my own testing. My doctor was happy enough for my ferritin to be about 20. I feel healthier with it being about 80 - 100 which is roughly mid-range or a smidgen over.
I almost never get restless legs now.
My feet burn , as a result of late treatment of P.A. . But I can't call that pain . I would try orthotic insole supports . It might be a good idea to go to a podiatrist . I don't think that your foot pain is connected with P.A.
I developed severe metatatarsalgia - pain in the forefoot under the metatarsal heads - about six years ago. I had surgery on both feet which was not very successful and in addition left me with numbness and tingling in my feet. When the pain recurred and the numbness and tingling got worse I realised it might all be due to B12 deficiency. In retrospect I am wondering if a lot of my symptoms from the start have been caused by B12 issues. I shall never know for sure but it's worth considering.
I have a sensation in my feet of wearing very tight socks, it is not quite painful but weird all the time, also tightness when I move my toes, they feel tingly as well. I have assumed that this is B12 deficiency.
Been taking B12 for over a month. Before I started I had really achy legs and feet and well everything. Then the whole body ache got better but I got tingling, buzzing and other sensations especially in my legs and arms. About two weeks ago I was having heel pain. That is now gone and I am experiencing behind the eye pain.
So, at least for me, B12 has been reversing my symptoms by bringing back old ones and seemly eliminating them.
yes, I have very painful feet.... rather better since I started to massage magnesium oil into the, try it.
