Adrenal insufficiency?

Anyone have any experience of this?

I have a diagnosis of POTS and small fiber peripheral neuropathy however I have some symptoms that don't fit into these conditions but do with secondary adrenal insufficiency.

I asked my dr for cortisol test today and said he didn't think I had it but agreed to blood test.

For info I have low b12, vit D and ferritin. Serum tsh is 1.4 in range of 0.3 to 5. And all sodium, calcium and potassium in range. Thanks

Keep in mind that cortisol testing is time of day specific. If I remember correctly, it has to be done in the morning or it will be a meaningless result.
