could anyone here please help me to source B12 for SI? ive been looking and its all a bit confusing. many thanks

I can only tell you about what I use .

For 2 years I've used a German online pharmacy ( strictly controlled by German Health authorities ) google " versandapo.de in English " yes google all that and you will get straight through to their site in English . Search for " Hydroxocobalamin acetat " and you will see all the ampoules they have . I use " Rotexmedica I mg / ml " costing about 55 euros for 100 . You can also buy 10 but the shipping costs the same . . Needles , syringes swabs etc can be obtained in the uk at Amazon u, or Medisave .. Look on line for demonstration videos .Hope that this helps . Best wishes to you .
