I am having trouble sourcing the above. Tried Veranapo - get so far and then full stop, contacted them, followed advice and still no joy. Tried another, my normal password that I have used dozens of time over the internet not accepted. Spent hours trying to sort it out, nearly pulling my hair out this end.
The 1sr German site I have used many times before, they have updated their data base some time back and missed me out!
Any help would be appreciated this end. Thank you.
Ordering Panpharma B12 depot from versandapo.de ( a very reputable and reliable German Online Pharmacy) , that is strictly controlled by the German Health Authorities .
These ampoules come in packs of 10 , and are 1mg x 1ml
Courier costs ( DHL) €9.00 no matter how many you order.
Usually takes 4 working days .
The site is in German , so you may need to use Google Chrome or a translation app.
It is always advisable to register when you order for the first time . First of all, once registered , you will save time when ordering subsequently. Also versandapo.de run a points scheme if you are registered . You are given 200 points when you register and you are awarded 1point for every Euro you spend . 250 points represent €2.50 which you can use when you pay. Once registered , you can find out how many points you have accumulated by going into your account .
To register or log in , click on the little silhouette of a head and shoulders ( top right on my iPad ) and fill out the form . ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO FILL IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE YOU ADD THE REST OF YOUR ADDRESS . Click on the drop-down list of countries. The U.K. is written in German as “ VEREINIGTES KÖNIGREICH” ( United Kingdom)
Once you have done that , your U.K. postal code will be accepted by the computer . The computer needs to know your country before it will accept the rest of your address .
You will need to put in a password of course .
You can pay by PayPal or Bank transfer . Cards are not accepted by versandapo from U.K. customers.
Bank transfer is free if you do it with Online Banking , but costs £25.00 if you do it at your bank .
For future orders , you need to click on the silhouetted head and shoulders to log in . and give your email address and password.
You can use the pharmaceutical reference number( PZN) to order Panpharma B12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) 1mg x 1ml ampoules This is 16199653 . You get straight to the item . Panpharma do not sell the clinic packs of 100 ampoules . The ampoules usually have a use-by date of 2 years .
At the moment courier ( DHL) cost is €9.00 no matter how many packets you buy .

German Amazon( obtainable in English) — amazon.de supply Hevert and Pascoe B12 Hydroxocobalamin ampoules . But you cannot use the pharmaceutical reference numbers to order them.
Many thanks wedgewood - already filled out form, and now understand why address was not accepted. I must have missed their alert re transfer. After reading reply - don't do PayPal so no good for me, has to be a card. Any other sites you know that do cards? Would really appreciate any help you can supply.
The only other one I know of, bodfeld.de , also only accepts PayPal . I can only suggest that you get PayPal , because you actually do pay with your card when you use it . I really like Pay pal , as you then don’t have to give your card details to the firms that you buy from . But as I said you are paying with the card for which you have given the details to PayPal . You may get information from other members about German Online pharmacies who will accept cards direct from U.K. purchasers . Sorry I can’t help you with that .
You might check if mycare.de or pharma24.de are shipping there and accept credit cards or bank transfer. Both are good and let you order large quantities.
Well done Jade - will try them both and hope- hope - hope. The versandapo will no let me cancel and start again plus keep rejecting my password, the same one I have used countless times over the net. Not having a great deal of joy this end.

I don't think you can recover an old account anymore, from before the buyout. Best would be to contact them and clearly mention you had an account through the old owners. If you already did that then I don't think there is much we can do, sorry 
Edited to clarify - they changed owners and started with a new database. You had to explicitly say you wanted to move the account to the new owners. I don't think it's still possible to do it now, there was a small window of a few months.
You will probably have to recreate a new account.
Thanks Jade - I think you are spot on - missed the alert so start from scratch but no good good as they only do PayPal, I need a card payment for ease of purchase.
I have used Bodfeld and paid by bank transfer always had a swift response
Thanks Pitney - live on an island - not easy to get to bank these days but the hefty charge is also a bit off putting.
You don"t need to get to the bank if you do your banking online you can do it yourself😀

Online banking! My daughter would have a fit knowing me. A credit card is my limit. High tech and me DO NOT get along. Kicking and sceaming into the 20th century is my stand!!!!

Stand guilty as charged - Have actually done some on line but only with a card - My daughter has aged quite a bit since I have started. These sites got me, need more confidence i suspect. Concede defeat to my elders - I am only a kid compared to you - 80!!!
I don’t want you to feel guilty islandlass ! . I actually dislike online banking, but it does have convenient aspects . And as you use it more , it does get more user-friendly . But I really recommend PayPal to you . Your credit or debit card is used by PayPal to pay for goods . . I find it great not to have to give my card details when. I pay . It is free to use for purchasers. The sellers pay a charge . They also help if you have a problem with a purchaser .
You can manage to use the PAS forum very well , which has been so useful to us both.So you just need bit more confidence to accept more technology . But yes !I have done a lot of screaming and cursing along the way . Of course not all the modern tech is good . One has to be careful online .
Just Google “ How to get a PayPal account “ . and see what you have to do . You have to sign up , enter name , address details etc and password .. You then link your credit or debit card to PayPal by entering all the details on the card . You do not have to link your bank account to PayPal if you do not wish to .
It saves so much bother ! You have an extra level of security and fraud prevention .
When your card expires , you have to add the new one by going into your PayPal account-just Google “ my PayPal account “

You will find that they will have them back in stock in a few days . juvalis.de , with whom they are also associated , are also out of stock . Bodfeld-Apotheke.de have the Panpharma B12 depot ,but they only allow you to purchase 3 packs . The delivery is €9.89 . Bodfeld’s site calls the U.K. “ Groß Brittanien .
versandapo.de have the Hevert B12 depot ampoules and also the Pascoe B12 depot ampules . They are more expensive than Panpharma . Hevert are 1mg x 2ml ampoules and Pascoe are 1.5 mg. X 1ml ampoules
So unless you are desperate, just wait until they are back in stock . Quite glad to see they run out sometimes . It means their stock is fresh with a long use -by date .:
