I cannot get any of the German sites to deliver to USA anymore. I’m desperate.
My only two options are both quite expensive. The German apothecaries made taking care of myself affordable.
Can anyone help? Canada? Mexico?
Thanks in advance.

Try to source cyanocobamalin from Canada
buy-otc.com/vitamin-b12-inj...
I hope this helps and wish you well
I do know that mycare.de shipped the Rotexmedica B12 Hydroxocobalamin to the USA , until the pandemic , and Im sure they will again when its over . goldpharma.com will ship German-produced Hydroxocobalamin to the USA , but it’s Hevert , which are 1mg x 2ml ampoules , which are more expensive. I used to use those until I discovered the Rotexmedica 1ml x 1ml ampoules . You could take a look , You need to register with them first , then search for “ vitamin B12 depot “. They cost £13.47 for a pack of 10 . But I don’t know what they cost in US dollars . They also supply packs of 100 ( 10 x 10 )
An Australian company vitaminb12online.com will ship all types of cobalamin to USA , including Hydroxocobalamin, but it’s not German -made . I haven’t a clue what it costs .
I don’t know if this information is helpful to you , but I hope so . Best wishes .
There is an Austrian company. They use that at my surgery
Gerot and lannach
Worth checking perhaps??
It may be worth you (and others in your situation) investigating whether it's worth signing up for one of the freight forwarding companies, where they give you a virtual UK address and then on-forward the goods to you in the US when they arrive. Don't know how much it's worth to sign up but could be a life-saver. I'm aware of people who have signed up for virtual UK and US shipping addresses and then had the goods on-shipped to Australia with no problems but have yet to test the system myself.
Buy otc is really good. They ship to the us. 13 dollar shipping. If you get the 20$ shipping it’ll get to you within 5 days. Only thing is their ampoules are very expensive so you’ll probably want to get the vials.
Can you get a prescription from your doctor? If not, find a new doctor who will give you one. With a prescription you just take it to your local pharmacy and have it filled. My insurance paid for the B12 vials and the needles. Another option is urgent care centers. They aren't cheap, but you can get B12 shots from Patient First clinics.
As you showed the Rotexmedica Hydroxocobalamin ampoules , I assumed that you wanted Hydroxocobalamin, not Cynocobalamin , which is easy for you to get from Canada , but in vials , not single-use ampoules ( which are obvious the safest option for domestic use )
Did you try going through Amazon pay with Bodfeld? Asking because I know of two people from the States who had no issue buying from them last month.
I have bought my cyano from a Canadian pharmacy for several years. I use biosenseclinic.com They ship to USA and sell 10 & 30 ml multi-dose vials as well. Price comparable to OTC. BTW - It is considered safe to use a multi-dose vial no longer than 30 days after initial draw, regardless of the expiration date on the vial. I write the date on the vial when I first open it so it is easy to remember. That is why I only buy 10 ml vials, except I bought a 30 ml when doing daily loading doses. Be sure to follow proper aseptic technique when drawing and injecting. They also sell syringes and needles, but I have found them to be less expensive on Amazon. Be sure to use two needles each time, one to draw and the other to inject.
