B12
Hi Shirley7144 I have experienced slight "palpitations" for a moment or two after using a B12 spray but I'm not sure that is the same as "raising the blood pressure" as I'm not a medically trained person.
not aware of anything fundamental that should cause B12 to raise blood pressure but we are all different.
Blood pressure varies for a lot of reasons - including activity and even the time of day so a change could be totally unrelated if you notice it as a one off. If you notice it consistently then you could mention it to GP, or pharmacists - may still not be anything to worry about if it is a small change.
Thanksfor your help.
If they contain green tea , which contains caffeine could raise heart rate ? But def worth seeing your GP , Take care Shirley
Thank you very much. Will try taking another b12 tomorrow and see what happens.

If you can make head or tail of any of that Hidden you are a better man than I am Gunga Din
I have read that B12 can lower potassium which is important in heart function. So eat a banana after the lozenge - it may just help 😊
I use B12 sublingual. BP is 140/80. Over 65 years young inCanada that pressure is good
At my age Hidden I often need something to "cause a fast heart rate."
I've been using the spray for over a year now without any deleterious effect and I'm still "clivealive" at 75.
Thanks for the advice
My sisters blood pressure went though the roof when she checked it after her B12 loading doses. She's now on a couple of beta blockers and a diuretic. Could this be because body starved of B12 makes loads of new red blood cells? We did search it and there was a few mentions of b12 treatment and higher blood pressure but it did not seem like a common link so it maybe was caused by something else.
