How to mix a pure methylcobalamin powder.

Wanting to buy a pure methylcobalamin powder, but not sure of the process of how to mix it and use it, or where to source needles for a reasonable price. New to this and just starting out. Had a very bad reaction to a cyan shot in my doctors office, and not sure if it was to the form of b12, or the aluminum or benzyl alcohol in the product. Have had two methyl injections in the past which both contained benzyl alcohol, and had no reaction. The cyan shot caused a lot of neuropathic pain, that hasn't subsided much after a week. Anyway, tips for doing this would be great, thanks.
