I have used the viepatch ones with the orange banding, they are the high strength ones. They worked for me but like with lots of b12 supplements what works for one person doesnt necessarily work for someone else.

I've used one from Amazon which didn't work on its own but seems good as a top up between injections. I can feel the difference and I don't think it's placebo.

Re. legitimate source, if you google Dr Myhill and look on her site and in her shop I think she does a transdermal spray (haven't checked recently though). She's a medical doctor who works independently in the field of chronic fatigue etc.

Just had a quick look, yes it is listed in her on line shop, from the A-Z list it appears as TRANSDERMAL B12 SPRAY 50ML.
