I've just got the flu do I need to see dr as I have pernicious anemia?

are you sure it is influenza? and not a bad cold? influenza will leave you weak and unable to stand, give you a high temperature and basically make it impossible for you to do anything that you normally do. It usually comes on very suddenly.

having a B12 absorption problem such as PA doesn't necessarily put you at any more risk than any one who is healthy - particularly if you are being treated properly.

In general GPs don't really like people with influenza turning up on their door as it is highly infections so having you sitting in the surgery isn't going to be an ideal situation. If you are really concerned, then certainly contact your GP but ...
