Does any one know if Tecfidera depletes vitamin b12. I have multiple sclerosis and take 240 mg tab twice a day. I'm also self injecting Hydroxo once a week but feel great for a while then the awful fatigue returns.

i could do with the answer your looking for as i have been on Tecfiderfor about 12 weeks and my B12 levels are low, so not sure if some of my problems are down to my MS or low B12 levels.
Hello Terry64, are you having B12 injections. I get monthly injections from the GP and also self inject twice per week and take vit B complex, folate, vit D and iron also lots of potassium rich foods. I'm so much better now, it's taken 5 months to get to this stage and I have more energy now. Hope you find a happy balance for yourself..
